Porsche is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 911 this year with several events including the Retro Classics show in Stuttgart, Germany, an exhibit at the Porsche Museum and honored marque status at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Porsche also went racing with the new 911 RSR in the first event of the World Endurance Championship this weekend, and has posted a clip on its YouTube channel. The 991-based Porsche 911 RSR houses a 4.0-liter flat-six making 460 hp with a new six-speed sequential transmission with paddle shifters.

Still, with a potential candidate for world’s fastest car and promising concepts from Maserati and Alfa Romeo in attendance this year, you don’t have to look far for Geneva exotica. AN ART GALLERY wants to sell a work created at an abandoned Detroit car plant by the elusive British graffiti artist Banksy. 555 Nonprofit Gallery and Studios co-founder Carl Goines said proceeds from the sale would go to expand the gallery's programming. Mr Goines said he's hoping the Banksy work will bring in between 200,000 to 1.2 million dollars (£120,000 to £720,000), which he says is the range of recent sales.
